Begun in May of 2005 and registered as a non-profit corporation in the state of New Jersey, The Hillsborough High School Soccer Club, Inc. is designed to organize, finance and promote programs and activities for the benefit of the Hillsborough High School Boys' Soccer Team.  The programs, equipment and other items of support to the team will be funded through charitable contributions and fund raising events subject to the limitations provided by the IRC § 501(c)(3), 501(c)(7) and 501(j) and any other applicable sections of any present or future Internal Revenue Code provisions for tax exempt non-profit organizations.

The Board of Directors and Officers are as follows:

Membership in the organization shall be open to all individuals, organizations and businesses interested in supporting the Hillsborough High School Soccer Club, Inc. The Trustees for the Corporation shall be elected to a one-year term at the Annual Meeting of the Corporation and shall hold office for a period of one year or until their successors are elected. Annual meetings are held in the month of April or May.
